We use to source vegetables and other agro commodities directly from the farms and Mandis or from the primary processors that receive vegetables and other agro commodities directly from the farmers.
We take utmost care in Sorting & Grading Fruits and Vegetables and ensure that they are cleaned properly to remove physical hazards (such as presence of animal and plant debris, metal and other foreign material) through manual sorting or use of equipments. While sorting, the undesirable type of fruits & vegetables i.e. diseased, damaged, deformed, and deteriorated are removed. During the grading process, the categorization of fruits and vegetables on the basis of physical characteristics such as weight, size, colour, maturity etc is done. Before packing, Fruits & Vegetables are further cleaned by proper washing by water to remove soil or other contamination.
Fumigation and certification are crucial for exporting agro products, ensuring that they are pest-free and comply with International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPMs). We ensure that the container is fumigated as per standard requirement by the government approved agency prior to stuffing the agro products into the container.
We always source goods from the manufactures that follow in-house quality Control Process of inspection and certification. While procuring goods from the manufacturers, we ensure that product quality is maintained or improved. Quality control involves testing units and determining if they are within the specifications for the final product.
